Citizen Support - INE, is a computer system developed by the National Electoral Institute (INE), which allows, through the capture of the front and back of the Credential to Vote with Photography (CPV), to extract the information contained in it, to then capture the living photograph of the citizen and his signature. The information collected through the application and sent to the INE, will be used to exercise the powers of verification of the registration situation, in accordance with electoral regulations.
The application is designed so that the capture of citizen support signatures can be issued for applicants for an Independent Candidacy, promoters of Citizen Consultations and Initiatives, promoters of the Mandate Revocation process, through an auxiliary or by the same citizenship you want to participate.
Likewise, the registration of the affiliate to an organization in the process of being constituted as a National Political Party can be carried out and to endorse or ratify the affiliates of the National Political Parties through the assistants designated for this activity.
